Shipping policy

We ship specific items with various carriers based on your selection.  Items are generally shipped within 2 days of order and can be tracked via tracking number supplied via email. Our Luxury items that are over $400 can only be picked up in store and will not be shipped.

The Loft Resale will communicate with you on any irregularities and provide a full refund or ship part of the order and adjust the invoice as needed.
